Check-in Advice - WRITING

This week's writing task:

An elderly lady has written an e-mail to you requesting information about the check-in procedure - she has never flown before so she is quite nervous about the whole process.  You should reply to her explaining the check-in options available to her and the procedure for each one.  Finally, offer her your recommendation - which type of check-in do you think is best for her?

Good luck! :)

For this task you'll work in groups and check the official site of the airports to learn more about the airports.

You'll also read passenger opinions published on the Skytrax review pages.
