What makes these airports superior to others? What services and facilities do they offer that provide their customers with an unforgettable airport experience?

There are many Airports in the world today but a few of them have been ranked as five-star Airports, First to make a five star airport , they should provide a high level of security in the airport to make the passengers feel safe. Also , the baggage should be processed in the x-ray machines quickly and the ticketing service , so the passengers don’t have to wait. It’s very important to have many different facilities in the airport, such as shops and places to keep the passengers entertained while they are waiting.
ReplyDeleteAirports also should provide big terminals and also cargo terminal, because there are thousands of passengers pass through the airport everyday so they should provide the most comfortable ways for them and deal with them calmly
There are many things to make an airport 5-star.i think for an airport to be best there should be facilities and services to make the passengers pleased and relaxed. Now there are ten best airport in the world which have already been chosen by the passengers because of facilities like gardens , 4D cinemas and napping areas. Examples of airports that have these facilities there are Singapore and Hong Kong. On the other hand passenger also look at services perhaps they check in shouldn’t wait for long time .in the airport there should be guided tours to show the passenger the ways of the airport. I think it is very important to take the passengers opinion because when they travel they will not have problems while they are waiting for boarding.

To make five-star-airport it must have security in order for passengers to feel safe and relaxed. The terminal design should be change and provide more serives in the airport. The important thing modern machines to process quickly the passengers. The concourse is the most important place in the airport and to make it big with more shops and resturantes to enjoy passengers. It should process baggage handling quickaly so the passengers do not have to wait. Airport should have big terminal and use free wireless to work the internet before passengers travel.

ReplyDeleteFull services and facilities, are the most things to make an airport the best.for example there are three best airport of the world like Singapore,Hong kong andSeoul international airport.
Airport gardens, spa facilities, plentiful napping areas, live music and fine dining all add up to make Singapore hard to beat. In addition, of the rooftop swimming pool.
Finally, i think and i'm sure passengers prefer the best airports. Actually, there is no better way to stretch yor legs before along haul flight.

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion the most important thing for passenger is to process quickly then, the facilities and services that the airport provides in concourse , such as shops, entertainment and other survices for the passenger comfort.
The deficient and professional treatment of employees also very important, beside they should have people speak different languages. Baggage handling should be quick and careful with sensitive equipments.Finally, the safety of passengers should be considered and people who enter the terminal should be inspected well.

ReplyDeleteHaving 5 stars depends on services and facilities that can be provided in these airports. Services and facilities can be divided in two trends. The first trend concerns the passengers themselves and the other trend cares about the facilities thats could lead to the travelers satisfaction. The traveler can be served at the airport in a way that makes them feel at home such as having free logging on the internet, free drinks and some light food through connected flight. Other means of communication such as phone calls should be available. In case that passengers will spend longer time there should be some facilities such as spa, hotels and any other locations for entertainment.
Hence, Hong Kong is one of the best airports that provide all the possible services and facilities to the passengers.
